Exchanges and Returns
Bliss Boheme is happy to accept exchanges due to size or style not being right.
We do not offer refunds and we do not offer exchanges on garments because of change of mind.
We do not accept changes on SALE items.
The exchanged pieces must be garments that were sold at regular price and must be received in their original condition: UNWORN, UNWASHED, with TAGS ATTACHED, and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. The hygienic linings of all bottoms must not have been taken off or reattached.
You will need to Contact us on email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include your name, date of purchase, order number, and reason to exchange in this email. If you are in Australia you MUST include a pre-paid satchel with your order and this must be addressed to be returned to you. Overseas orders will incur a return shipping fee which will be requested through email via Paypal. We are not responsible for any parcels that go missing on return post.
Once we have received your garment/s, we will inspect your item to ensure that it meets criteria (stated above). If we believe this is not satisfactory, we have the right to refuse exchange of the item, which will be returned to you at your own expense. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive notice via email once we have shipped your exchange, and include your tracking number.
