Returns

We know how difficult can be to buy swimwear online without trying! 
For that reason, we do offer returns or credit notes due to size or styles not being right on our current collection.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds on SALE items.
Conditions for returns:
-You will need to contact us at blissboheme@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include your name, date of purchase and order number.
-The returned pieces must be garments that were sold at regular price.
-Must be received in their original condition: UNWORN, UNWASHED, 
with TAGS ATTACHED, and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING
-The hygienic linings of all bottoms must not have been taken off or reattached.
-P urchases made using Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit.
-The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not process returns for an exchange of item/s. We launch our collections with limited stock available, if you would like to purchase a different item/size, we recommend purchasing the new item/s and following the returns process for a refund on your original order, to avoid any delays or disappointment.
Once we have received your garment/s, we will inspect your item to ensure
that it meets the criteria (stated above). If we believe this is not satisfactory, we have the right to refuse the return of the item, which will be
returned to you at your own expense.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your exchange to be processed.  
You will be reimbursed via the same method you used to pay
minus the cost of shipping.
You will receive an email notification on the status of your refund
once it has been processed.
