3. Product Information, Handcrafted Variation & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, textures, and details of our garments and products as accurately as possible. However, because display settings vary across computer monitors and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be completely accurate.
  • Handcrafted Nature: Certain items in our collections may be handcrafted or uniquely finished. Slight variations in stitching, dye lots, or finishes are characteristic of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Pricing & Availability: All prices displayed for Australian customers are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. For international visitors, prices may be converted into local currencies (e.g., USD, EUR, JPY) based on dynamic exchange rates. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Payment Terms

  • Order Placement: Placing an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email containing your order reference and receipt.
  • Right to Cancel or Limit Orders: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized reseller activity.   • Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to postal carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or peak seasonal volumes.
  • International Orders (Customs, Taxes & Import Duties):
    • We ship internationally to destinations including Europe, the United States, Japan, and South America.
    • Unless explicitly indicated otherwise at checkout (such as DDP / Delivered Duty Paid arrangements), international orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or clearance fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority.
